Type 1 Teens moving from paediatric to adult care

We have made these films very carefully with our NHS health care professionals and young people living with diabetes. All the information has been reviewed and signed off, but of course if you have any concerns you must contact your GP, diabetes nurse or consultant in the normal way. A group of young people living brilliantly well with diabetes (and some who find it a bit of a struggle) have shared their stories in these films. Do take time to explore them.
